Xerox Production Supervisor Jim Deese has to address the concerns of an employee who are uncomfortable with the company's "vision quests," or creative and religious retreats. Xerox and the Vision Quest Case Solution

Xerox has put hard efforts to improve its product, escalate workforce message, and enable workers to develop spiritually and hold a higher visualization, both work-related and personally.
