Teams of students are given the same design product specifications, samples per unit of output, as well as a number of concessions to the issues that lead to the time and motion studies, they need to understand and comply to class discussion. In class teams explain how they conducted the study and understand the differences in procedures. They then make business decisions like hiring and staff in light of the remaining differences in the standards of the time between the teams.
