View of the new competitive landscape shows, globalization, rapid technological change and hypercompetition as conduits leading to the reduction of any organizational or organizational growth. In this article, we explain how managers can use four of thinking to transform the potential danger associated environmental problems on the road to prosperity instead of a path of decline. Global thinking, or the ability to see the world, using a wide perspective, converts globalization threats into growth opportunities by thinking beyond geographical boundaries, evaluate the integration across borders, and appreciating the regional and cultural diversity. Innovation thinking, that is the mental framework that promotes the development and implementation of new ideas and transforms the rapid technological change threats into opportunities by evaluating the constant generation of new ideas and business models, understanding the sources of new ideas, and emphasizing the following practice, not best practice. Virtual thinking, or the ability of managers to hand over the activities of their firms on external suppliers is hypercompetition in growth prospects by promoting flexibility and responsiveness. Finally, the cooperation of thinking, and it means a willingness to participate in business partnerships, all three converts challenges into opportunities, allowing businesses to create a successful partnership, which can lead to synergies from the combination of complementarity.
