The purpose of this technical note is to introduce creative exercise is based on the photo incentives to business school faculty and discuss how it can be effectively used in the MBA and Executive Education classes. A variation on this exercise is used in the design and innovation of the company. It works well for the 90-minute session class. The goal is for participants to take part in the monitoring processes and idea generation through a set of pictures (taken from random family album) as a matter of observation, as well as get an idea of the advantages and disadvantages of this type of observational study.
