Enterprises need to address the various perceptions and needs of different groups of stakeholders, as their impact on the company name and the bottom line. This study demonstrates the effects of the aviation industry customers, employees, capital providers and local communities and the overall reputation of the company. While some groups directly influence reputation, employee relations, has an indirect effect through customer experiences. On the performance results, the majority of the impact is indirect.
