A recent MBA graduate just got a one-year business assignment as a business development and marketing consultant to work with the initiative of Vietnam Handicraft (LCA), vocational training and employment center for people with disabilities, located in Central Vietnam. Her job is to help the VHI to increase its productivity, become stable and capacity of the organization by improving the business and marketing plans. During the first four weeks after her arrival, she should detail its assessment LCA and provides key recommendations and purposeful work goals for the last 11 months of its placement.
