Deborah McDonald of Upper Canada Insurance (Upper Canada) is considering several pieces of data, she and her team spent the last month gathering. McDonald and her team was asked to inefficiency in the application process, life insurance, mainly because of the large number of applicants leaving the system (known as "waste") in the midst of the process. Upper Canada found that the most common reason for clients, giving up the application process has been a long time it takes to get a response, and then the lack of communication and poor customer service. It was believed that the solution to these problems, Upper Canada can meet or exceed the levels of the industry losses and increase the efficiency of the sales force.
