The owner of Tutti Matti, a new restaurant specializing in authentic Tuscan cuisine, is open for only four months before the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in Toronto, Canada. Tutti Matti were successful first six months, and at the beginning of the performance was encouraging. However, to continue the success of the restaurant and added to overcome the problems created by SARS, strong and creative marketing plan was needed.
