Torrington Wuxi Bearings (TWB) was a Chinese-American joint venture, which is made of ball and roller bearings in China. When Jesse Chen, the new general manager, profit, the company recorded three consecutive years of losses. Together with its new management team, Jesse has taken a number of measures aimed at transforming the TWB from public enterprises (PEs) to market the sales organization.
