In the April of year 2008, the president of Tiburon, a manufacturer of camouflage parts met with the parent company and lone customer of Tiburon. GMA was an equipment provider to the United States Army. Tiburon had only been in business one month, and the president was examining the present creation procedure in each of the Dominican and Guelph plants.
There existed noticed differences between both plants' production methods, which might influence the ability to meet monthly capacity requirements of GMA of Tiburon. In doing so, she had to equilibrium the high prospects of GMA and Tiburon's investor with the plant supervisors' ethnic observations about employees and their work.
