The case concerned the selection and planning of orders for small industrial titanium producer, who recently pursued the poor delivery and lack of capacity. At the material time, Ti-Tech must decide which of the four orders take power makes it impossible to take all four. Each order is a different mix of labor income and the potential for future work.
