The head of the snack bar at the resort in Northern Ontario Waterview just had another argument with his boss. He was angry and hated the thought of the end of the remaining four weeks of his contract in the summer. It was obvious to the leader that his boss had a personal insult to him that grew in intensity. He wondered how to finally settle their differences. Students will analyze the many complex issues.
