After 16 years in management consulting, Bar?? Karakullukcu left to become the CEO of Mudo in the year 2012, one of the best known names in the retail sector in Turkey. She was tasked with leading Mudo's transition to a more institutionalized, corporate construction and ensuring a smooth handover of the corporation from the first to the second-generation owner. As CEO, she makes a string of decisions that are difficult to transform the business.
