The SAS describes the actions to transform an idea to a service delivery reality that's in constant change. It acknowledges a service as an incomplete suggestion that needs constant tuning. The SAS must be configured to pursue the business?s strategic suggestion. It's going to react to the strategy by generating a materialized service that supplies the strategic aim with reality. But, an ?living? service that's in constant motion.
The SAS has eight actions (see Figure 1) broken up into three chains: the layout chain, the operational structure chain and also the delivery and sustainability chain. The plan chain goes from service engineering and concept development, to prototyping. The operational construction chain addresses the layout of the service?s the definition of service performance indicators as well as functional arrangement. The delivery and sustainability chain addresses the requirements for the actual service delivery.
