The RECS Project (C) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Transinsurance Inc. is an individual insurance company, covering all of Canada. In the midst of the industry association, the project was in the REC in fall 2002, after the merger of the two companies of the insurance group - one from Quebec and one from Montreal. The reality of the operations, especially at the level of customer service was, it turns out, it is difficult, however.
