Several early-enterprise (ESS) implementation fell short of expectations. How companies can meet or exceed their expectations for the enterprise? Far from providing quick solutions, the potential of ESS is best attained by slow and diligent learning. This approach emphasizes the need for organizations to focus less on the technical and temporal aspects of ES projects and rather consider them as part of a long journey, led by users. New social network appear as a result of the challenges and opportunities that are based on learning, building, and exchange users.
