Far from providing a quick fix, the possibility of ESs is reached through a diligent and slow learning process. This approach underscores the need for organizations to focus less on the technical and temporal aspects of ES endeavors and instead to view them as forming part of a very long voyage led by consumers.
New social networks materialize as a consequence of opportunities and the difficulties based around learning, building, and sharing users' experiences. This article develops a fresh model for successfully mastering business systems, which is labeled "the long dialogue." The use of this model has significant implications for practitioners involved in the execution of an ES.
