David Levin, vice president of the nonprofit organizations in Israel Cancer Association (ICA) and director of its annual fundraiser, just finished watching a relatively new, but respected Muckraking television show called FACT. The program presented a report on corruption plaguing major Israeli non-profit organization. In a simple and convincing manner, FACT claimed that the money donated for many years, Israeli citizens basis soldier "was used to cover the administrative costs and, with only a small part of the benefit of the soldiers. Where Levin reflects on how the report could affect FACT in his own organization and the financial implications it may hold for the upcoming annual fundraising drive ICA. he does not expect tomorrow's meeting with his administrative staff, including its Public Relations and Marketing Group, as to whether they should react to television report.
