Office Manager at Garden Depot became associated with the inability of landscaping manager to process its load and subordinates. Poor governance landscape manager left the office manager to address the division. Management, the need to take measures to reduce its load and ensure that it has received reliable information from the landscaping division. Case is designed to introduce students to conflict management in the workplace and allow students to apply the concepts of motivation, leadership, power and influence in the organizational context. Students are asked to create a plan of action in terms of low-level manager, based on limited information.
