Takeover! 1997 (A): The Target: Global Foods Corporation Case Solution
The A case is the first in a string of instances that model a hostile takeover effort involving four firms during the month of January in 1997. The target company is an underperforming conglomerate with two main business segments: specialty chemicals and consumer foods.
