Abstract:

Following the triumph of the Scottish Patriot Celebration in the 2008 elections, the Scottish Federal government had some complicated social problems to deal with, like young people offending. The case explains the concern, the method required to resolve it, and how an incorporated "entire of federal government" option was enforced and executed at the regional level.

 

Pedagogical Goals:

To highlight how a "entire of federal government" method at the regional level can lower youth delinquency, and evaluate how the integrative technique may be made to work.
