Today's problems are often unforeseen consequences of yesterday's solutions. Business and public policy settings are affected by politics of resistance, the trend towards well-intentioned measures aimed at the defeat of the system response to the intervention itself. Just as the airline uses flight simulators to help pilots learn system dynamics enables us to create simulators flight controls to prevent resistance to the policy and design more effective policies. System dynamics is a method for working with high-level teams to improve the opportunities for the realization of results.
