Summer intern in the department of suppliers XS Inc. participate in a two-day Value Stream Mapping (VSM) event SysInteg. This is his first opportunity to put their knowledge of Lean principles and tools in practice, working with key suppliers. Since this is the first time in XS sponsor improvement initiative led by the third party, it was under the strict control of the XS corporate senior management level.
