Real-time adaptation is crucial in an unpredictable world today. Revision is because many organizations to adapt to a fluid reality. This article assumes that leaders must develop the capacity of real-time adaptation, because it is impossible to anticipate and plan for each case. Super-flexibility is one of the ways to achieve real-time adaptation. The term is a general concept that encompasses agility and flexibility as well as stability and reliability. In practical terms, this dialectical ability to withstand turbulence, like a camel survive in the desert, under the transformation, like a chameleon changes color. Based on the second edition of Super-Flexibility for Knowledge Enterprises (Springer, 2010), and the distillation of the authors' experience in Silicon Valley, this article describes the conceptual foundations of super-flexibility, and presents five principles of action to become a super-flexible.
