Stratography: The Art of Conceptualizing and Communicating Strategy Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Submission strategy, as a rule, or so generally to have little real meaning for the employees, or to go into such detail that people struggle to understand what is really needed. The problem is this: do not understand the strategy of those charged with implementing it is as bad as, or worse than having no policy at all.
