Accordingly, this article offers five definitions - the strategy as a plan, a ploy, pattern, position and prospects - and examines how these determine the relationship. Part II reviews the question of why organizations do need strategies, and shows how some ancient beliefs to explain why organizations do not, as well as do, you need strategies.
