Spiegel Online (www.spiegel.de) is the leading news websites in Germany. The site was first developed to accompany Der Spiegel, one of Europe's largest and most influential weekly magazine in Germany, which has a weekly circulation of about one million. Site content created by a team of more than fifty journalists on several categories: politics, business, Networld, panorama, arts and entertainment, science, university, school, sports, travel, weather, and cars. Original content is complemented by articles available from news agencies and selected articles from the printed editions. Spiegel-Verlag is one of the main causes of Hamburg Media School, which offers a professional master's degree program in Media Management (MBA), film and journalism. In its second year, MBA students usually do consulting projects with major media companies. In the last task, Spiegel Online posed two questions to the team MBA: is there a chance for economic success to market for online ads? And if so, what the business model looks like in detail? Student group analyzed markets for ads and found one segment of the market, which has proved particularly promising: the art market. During the development of a business plan for a new venture in this market, it became clear that there is great uncertainty about the key input parameters of the business plan. As a result, it is very difficult to assess the viability of the business idea. How can a team properly account for the uncertainty of input parameters? What is the impact of this uncertainty on the bottom line? Will the web site for art to make or lose money? How can a team to inform the uncertainty in the high-level decision makers who want to just "go or no-go" recommendation? "Hide
