This paper analyzes 30 entrepreneurs who created firms that are lucrative, and who were also exemplary in their efforts towards social responsibility. It analyzes their management practices to comprehend how these socially responsible entrepreneurs built their businesses and created. The study reveals that these socially responsible entrepreneurs founded their companies, at least in part, to reach objectives that are idealistic, and pursued fiscal and non-financial targets concurrently.
Most prevented shrewdly leveraged their social identities to distinguish themselves in the marketplace, hired employees for their common values, and financing from institutional sources. A number of these entrepreneurs made unusual efforts to create a strong organizational culture and execute sustainable operational processes to fulfill their self imposed ethical standards.
