Thriving semiconductor industry was established in Taiwan in the past two decades due to the use of advanced methods of organizational leverage technology and accelerated diffusion of technology. By the mid-1990s, the industry has reached a level of production that put him behind only the United States, Japan and Korea. Almost all of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan is in the Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park, which was created in imitation of the Stanford Research Park in California, but with more direct government involvement. This article focuses on the extent to which this emerging Silicon Valley of Taiwan shares "Industrial Ecology", which works innovation in California and analyzes the extent to which industry in Taiwan suffer from weakness related to its rapid creation through technology leverage.
