Sian Carraway on PillCo, a leading pharmaceutical company, led initiatives to enhance organic growth using current product portfolio of the company. When you connect deeply with consumers, Carraway and her team found weaknesses in the traditional packaging for over-the-counter drugs. It was not easy to carry out. To overcome this drawback, it is innovative, portable packaging options, which give consumers better access to drugs that eventually opened up new opportunities to sell drugs and changed consumer use, while on the go.
