For the first time he could recall, there were no sales recorded on the daily sales statement.
It appeared the attempts of employees were diverted into a job related to the scrap metal that was a byproduct of the production process. To complicate issues, the son of the president and chief executive officer of the company's was the one directing the scrap metal job.
