The case describes a real case where a college student, Sarah James, attended the University of Mexico (INI) for the summer to develop their language and cross-cultural opportunities. At the end of a successful semester, it is e-mail the director of international recruitment for the University of Mexico - with a copy of its major professor back in the U.S. - to complain about the treatment she received from her family. She seems to have alienated all stakeholders as it makes its outcome. The reader must decide how to respond to Professor McGill.
