Engineer, Greg hopes to impress Sarah Staggers the regression to find undervalued diamonds. Students were asked to choose one out of 6,000 diamonds or provide point forecasts for prices of 3142 diamonds in the hold-out sample. The instructor can use the actual price of the diamonds held to assess student pricing models.
