David Liniger, founder of RE / MAX, LLC., I thought that his business was prepared to use the next wave of business opportunities in the real estate market. This industry went from one in which the broker / owners controlled all consumer access to information, the industry in which agents were authorized as independent contractors paid obligations of brokers in the industry in which the buyer and seller have direct access and control over information. Maybe RE / MAX use the next wave of IT to support its agents at the same time appealing to a well-informed and tech-savvy today's home buyers and sellers?
