We describe three different approaches to electronic purchases are made to the government: 1) ERP-to-ERP health state (the biggest spender of the state government), 2) the central directory (government customers) are supported by staff of public procurement, and 3) external gateway center known as JEBI (joint initiative of the Government e-business project) for use at the beginning of the state bodies and eventually the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the state.
