Analysis as Per Category

The data table (appendix 1) shows the number of incidents which were occurred in the month of July in the hospital and from there we can see different categories such as anesthesia events, Equipment events, miscellaneous events, medication event etc. however, we can also see the number of patients who arrived among the different categories of events.
In the first category, we can see that patient who arrived under the category of anesthesia event was only 1 which showed a percentage of 2 as of the total of 48 cases. Moreover, if we move towards the second category which is equipment event, from there we can see a total of 4 events that took palce showing 8% of the total population. The third category includes the falls events which showed a number of 9 patients showing 19% of the total population.Furthermore, in the IV blood events there were 7 patients,which counted for 15% of the total population. Moreover, if move towards the medication events we can see that 11 patients arrived which showed 23% of the population.In addition, the miscellaneous events showed 13 patients, which were 27% of the total population while the self-injury patient was only 1 which accounted for 2% of the population and the treatment procedure showed 2 patients who accounted for4% of the population.

Analysis as per Severity

In this section we will see towards the events as per the severity of the patients who arrive in the hospital in the month of July and we will also see their numbers in percentages of the total population. In the category of severity we have 5 categories which are death, minor, moderate, none and significant. These categories show the the intensity/ nature of the injury of patients who arrived during the month...............
