In August 2013, the founder and president of Maynooth Natural Granite was exploring the potential benefit of transforming his small business into an international organization through expansion. However, this internationalization may offer various growth opportunities, but it also has many challenges to encounter. The company made a turnaround under his leadership from a gravel pit to a prominent supplier of washed decorative rock in Ontario. Although, he was not sure about the sustainability of the company’s current standings, because there was a saturated gardening market in his operating region. He has to ensure the success while entering into new markets for future growth while he also have to make an equilibrium between his family life and his Canadian business interests.
