QuickMedx created a chain of small kiosks, located in pharmacies and shopping centers in the Minneapolis area that serve patients with limited range of very simple terms primary care. Service is fast and cheap, and the patients are just waiting for a few minutes to be seen. Kiosks are an alternative to the office doctor and ambulance. Clinical care most highly standardized and delivered nurse practitioners, whose decisions are determined by detailed protocols. The company is currently reviewing its strategy for expansion.
