Innovation is the watchword for today's organizations. However, as the promotion of innovation and excellent execution of routine work at the same time runs the risk of sending mixed messages, which can eventually perform any. The author defines the concept of psychological safety and performance pressures and their impact on workers' willingness to experiment, and shows how to create consistent work containing environment of psychological safety of workers can reduce the fear of failure and promote experimentation. It is concluded that the work is connected with the organizational culture, reward systems, promotion and supervision of trust.
