The goal is to provide students with a number of interrelated problems that require immediate analysis arriving at certain decisions and planning how to implement these solutions. Includes two shows: 1) the proposal process to recommend some changes in the assembly operations, and 2) personal note describing the conflict that broke out between the general master and engineer of supply. Students need to assess the likely effects of proposed changes in the social department, productivity and satisfaction, and to determine what changes are important, which will have negative consequences, and how to implement the changes that are desirable.
