Ponce de leon (pol) is a four party dialogue activity in which a film studio is trying to sign a leading celebrity to star in an upcoming movie. The dialogue centers around the various extrinsic and intrinsic motivations underlying each of these party's strategy to the movie, and consequently to the negotiation.
The activity enables investigation of the risks of "monetizing" distinct kinds of extrinsic (e.g. Pay, prizes, status) and innate (e.g. Love of the work, worth) motivation.
