To help it finance its aggressive expansion plans, Genevieve Thiers, plans to raise venture capital for the first time. She spent the last six years of construction Sittercity in leading the nation's nanny web service, more than all of its competitors combined. In the process, she brought her boyfriend and his sister in the business to help her, and graduated from the important lessons about mixing family and business. Now plans to raise venture capital, Thiers had just received a letter from the general partner of the firm in the top VC, suggest another meeting and asked her to bring to the meeting an extensive list of confidential information.
