In the global market, doing business in China is inevitable. Companies that do business in China, especially the production and distribution, are particularly susceptible to piracy. It is well known that piracy can be found everywhere in China, and in virtually every industry. The paper analyzes the intellectual property rights and business structure in China. In this case, the legal system of assessment and the common problems faced by companies operating in China is discussed.
