Organizations vary widely in their rate of productivity. Because any improvement trajectory is the result a number of projects to improve as a direct result of this change is among the organizations in various forms of these projects failed. The success of these projects depends, however, not only on the goals and efforts of the project team, but also on the context in which the projects are carried out - and, more specifically, on the competence, on which projects can be done. This change in these skills - the main organization "performance improvement opportunities" (PIC) - which explains the significant and persistent differences in the pace of improvement throughout the organization.
