In 2007, PCCW was to formulate a growth strategy for its successful NOW TV platform and its implementation of the four games outside Hong Kong. Established in September 2003, PCCW (the largest telecommunications operator in Hong Kong), and now the TV was quickly became the most successful commercial deployments worldwide IPTV. At the end of June 2007 the service has been installed customer base of almost 820 000 and offered a choice of 143 TV channels, 71 of which were exceptional.
