Paula Evans in his second year as principal only school in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Its mandate, when it arrived it was to rebuild the school, so long inequality in academic achievement rates across race and socio-economic classes have been removed. In her first year, she managed to get permission for its proposed modernization and completion of physical and administrative restructuring of higher education. Now in its second year, the reforms in how teachers teach and how the school operates entirely in the way. From early indications, she and her hand-picked management team is moving in the school in the right direction. But the school board has just made a political decision that Evans and her team believe will cancel any redesign efforts that have been made so far.
