This series provides instructions for group decision-making model in which students have four different methods for leading the process of group decision-making. In the simulation, all students work in teams, with one person designated as the team leader. All the groups have two decision-making process during the simulation. For the first decision-making process, all the leaders follow the instructions in the (A) case, and all the other team members adhere to the principles in (E) case. Groups make the decision, and each completes a survey to assess the process. In the second decision-making, some of the leaders follow the (B) case, while others use the methods described in (C) or (D) cases. All other team members adhere to the principles in (F) case. Again, the group agreed, and to complete a survey to assess the process. Responses can be analyzed to compare the experiences of students with four different methods for key decision making. "Hide
