Senior partner Rob Smith just gave construction consulting firm Davis Langdon through major organizational changes in Europe and the Middle East. In the past, compensation mechanisms are not encouraged partners to work through the company to serve more global and complex needs of clients. In 2007, under the direction of Smith, the partnership agreed to implement holistic change.
