However, the company needs to create a 5 member team under the supervision of Michael Makinda that will conduct the inventory updates and regulate the inflow and outflow of the inventory in addition to this the shipping will be resolved because through this approach the proper information of each client will be available.
Monitor and Control
The inter-organization strategies of the company are essential for the stability of the company that improves its performance of the company. As a director of supply chain management Michael Makinda needs to focus on the inflow and outflow of the inventory and record the performance of each employee as well as keep a check and balancing system that will reduce the risk of shipping issues and help to collect the accurate information of the client which improve the supply chain operations. Barry Silverberg and Michael need to be in unbroken communication with each other and with the workforce of the inventory management department of each DCs across the country through which they can monitor and control the inventory system and communication gap. In addition to this, the company needs to invest in its R&D to reduce communication and improve the quality of services and products (Finset, 2020)......................
