Waiting lines, sometimes called line situations encountered in large business transactions. Improvements in the receiving line process will, in many cases, more efficient use of labor, equipment and facilities, as well as great opportunities to provide customers with service level that meets business goals. This note describes the methods to identify the resources needed to provide services to the individual attributes waiting line situations.
